What is a Keystore Account?​

A keystore account is a password protected file that allows your account to interact with the Energi 3.0 blockchain.

How do I create a keystore account?​

You can create a keystore account using a variety of methods. One way is to use the Energi 3.0 Wallet that can be accessed on the web or downloaded as a desktop platform. You can create a keystore file with the Wallet application. Be sure to save your keystore file AND the password in a safe place.

You should create a backup of your keystore file and save it to a safe place as well. You can also create a keystore account using the Energi 3.0 Wallet.
